One point of contact
Report the incident once. We handle the third-party vehicle and keep your operation informed.

Practical accident repair support for delivery service partners. We take the third-party vehicle off your plate, keep the other driver informed and repair it properly, so your drivers can keep delivering.
Delivery work is tight on time. When a van clips a parked car or a customer vehicle, the last thing a depot needs is a week of phone calls. We take that part on.
Report the incident once. We handle the third-party vehicle and keep your operation informed.
Realistic key-to-key estimates for the damaged vehicle, so you are not guessing at updates.
Bodywork, paint and quality checks under one roof at our Avonmouth accident repair centre.
Vehicle, incident and repair details recorded in one place for your own reporting.

Registration, location and a short description of the damage from the driver or the depot.
We arrange inspection of the third-party vehicle and explain the repair route to them directly.
The vehicle is repaired to BSI-approved standards, with progress shared back to your team.
When your DSP is set up with us, we arrange a company-specific QR reporting code for your drivers.
During onboarding we arrange a QR reporting code for your DSP, so every incident that reaches us is already linked to your operation.
Once they are somewhere safe, a driver uses the code to send the incident details and photos straight through, instead of writing it up later.
We coordinate with your depot from the details supplied, so nothing is retold three times before the vehicle is looked at.
The code is arranged with you during onboarding. It is not a self-service sign-up, and drivers do not need an account to use it.
Simple guidance you can give every driver, so the details we need arrive first time.
Once we have the complete incident details, we aim to contact the third-party customer within two working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, to explain the assessment and the next steps. This is an aim during office hours, not a guaranteed or 24/7 service.
Where an incident is suitable, the third-party repair is agreed and funded directly at our workshop labour rates and carried out to the same manufacturer repair methods an insurer would expect. That keeps the work moving and helps operators hold a low claims record. Report the accident to your insurer even if you do not intend to make a claim. You must still meet your policy requirements. Renewal premiums and insurer decisions are not guaranteed.

Repairs follow manufacturer methods for the vehicle in front of us, carried out in our own Avonmouth workshop to BSI-approved repair standards.
A courtesy vehicle can be arranged where appropriate, subject to availability, eligibility and our terms. We confirm what is available before the vehicle comes in.
Assessment, parts and the booking are lined up together, which can reduce avoidable waiting for a courtesy car and avoidable delay in the repair itself.
We explain the assessment and the timeline to the third-party customer directly, so your drivers are not left fielding questions.
For suitable incidents, the repair can be carried out on a directly funded basis, with the cost agreed before any work begins. We set out the assessment, the method and the price first, so everyone knows what has been agreed.
Whether this route suits a particular incident depends on the damage, the vehicle and the parties involved. We tell you what is possible in your case rather than promising a route we cannot control.
Report the accident to your insurer even if you do not intend to make a claim. You must still meet your policy requirements. Renewal premiums and insurer decisions are not guaranteed.
Our repair centre is based in Avonmouth, Bristol, and we work with delivery operators across Bristol and the South West. Support elsewhere in the UK depends on the vehicle and the incident, so please ask.
Some collisions must be reported to the police, and drivers must stop and exchange details at the scene. The rules are set out on GOV.UK, if you are in an accident.
Send us your details and we will talk through how incidents reach us, who we contact and what your drivers need to do at the scene.
