Specialists Accident Repair Group Ltd. was founded on a simple observation: after a non-fault accident, drivers get plenty of phone calls and very little clarity. We wanted to flip that, start with the repair, explain what's realistic, and let people make their own decisions.
The same thinking applies inside the building. We invest in our staff, train them, back them when a job gets difficult and give them the time to do work they are proud of. Nobody here is pushed to hit a number at the expense of a customer or a colleague.
